Terms of service

By creating an account or using Jellylink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jellylink.

Jellylink is project stack intelligence for builders, agencies, consultants, and small teams. It helps you organize AI and SaaS tools, accounts, subscriptions, renewals, and spend across projects; connect supported third-party providers to discover resources and report AI usage; and make informed decisions about what to keep, change, or remove. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Jellylink. If you use Jellylink on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@jellylink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you store in Jellylink and for making sure you have the rights needed to manage that information. Do not place passwords, recovery codes, API keys, or other credentials into ordinary Jellylink records or notes. Certain Connections may specifically request OAuth authorization or an API or admin key through Jellylink’s secured connection flow.

You retain ownership of the records and notes you create. You grant Peachity LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate Jellylink for you and your authorized workspace members.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Jellylink to access the supported data needed for that feature. You represent that you have authority to grant that access. Third-party service terms continue to apply.

Third-party APIs may change, become unavailable, limit access, change reporting, or delay data. Jellylink cannot guarantee continuous integration availability. Disconnecting Jellylink does not delete or cancel your underlying provider account or provider subscriptions — it only affects Jellylink’s connection according to our current product behavior.

You agree not to:

• Use Jellylink for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, infrastructure, or security controls
• Upload malware or attempt to probe or breach systems without authorization
• Store information you do not have the right to manage, including secrets in fields Jellylink is not designed to hold
• Connect third-party accounts you are not authorized to access
• Misuse the service in ways that harm other users or the platform

Jellylink, including its software, design, branding, and curated catalog content, is owned by Peachity LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse Jellylink materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Jellylink may reference or link to third-party tools, websites, and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, pricing, availability, outages, or actions. Following an outbound link takes you to a third-party site under that site’s rules.

Jellylink may display provider-reported usage, tokens, requests, costs, and billing-related metadata from connected providers or curated catalog snapshots. This data may be delayed, incomplete, change after provider reconciliation, differ from an invoice or current account balance, and omit credits, discounts, or taxes depending on the provider.

Jellylink is not the provider’s billing system. Provider-reported OpenAI API cost, for example, is not the same as remaining prepaid credit balance unless Jellylink explicitly implements and displays a supported balance field.

Traffic routed through an AI gateway may also appear in direct-provider reporting. Jellylink may display those sources separately to avoid misleading totals when underlying provider data does not permit reliable deduplication.

Renewal reminders, calendars, and related alerts are convenience features based on the dates and amounts you record or supported provider data you connect. They are not a guarantee that you will receive notice before every charge, and Jellylink is not responsible for a missed renewal, price change, or cancellation deadline.

Ask Jelly, Smart Import, Insights, automated summaries, and AI usage interpretation provide informational and organizational assistance only. They are not financial, legal, accounting, tax, procurement, or investment advice, and they do not guarantee outcomes. Model-generated or provider-generated outputs may contain errors — verify important financial or vendor decisions independently.

Jellylink may earn compensation when you purchase or subscribe through certain links. An affiliate relationship does not guarantee product performance and does not constitute an endorsement beyond the disclosure itself. Sponsored placements, when used, will be identified separately. Paid Jellylink plans offered through the service are billed through Stripe. Plan features, limits, taxes, and pricing may change over time. See our Pricing page for current packaging.

purchase a paid plan, that subscription renews according to the interval you select until cancelled through the billing portal or by contacting us, subject to checkout terms.

Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law or stated at purchase. Cancelling a Jellylink plan stops future Jellylink charges according to Stripe’s billing cycle; it does not cancel third-party vendor subscriptions you track in the product.

You may stop using Jellylink at any time and may delete your account under Settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, if needed to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Jellylink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachity LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that stored information will never be lost or that third-party information will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachity LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Jellylink will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Jellylink in the 12 months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington State will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Jellylink, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights to bring claims elsewhere.

These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class actions. If we later propose those procedures, we will update the Terms and call them out clearly for review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective and last-updated dates will change when we do. If you continue using Jellylink after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
